VSL Club exclusively invests in the maritime logistics. The investment activity is realized through:

• the underwriting of secured and unsecured bonds;
• the underwriting of hybrid financial instruments;
• the acquisition of majority or minority stakes in non-listed companies;
• the acquisition of majority or minority stakes in SPVs dedicated to the purchase of assets (typically vessels) also in partnership with other subjects operating in the maritime industry.

VSL Club target is to structure direct lending or private equity transactions that offer flexibility to the investment projects and high returns to the Club members according to the risk profile.

VSL Club scope is to provide its specific know-how to the investment projects in the financial planning, in the monitoring of the typically complex financial aspects, in giving access to business analysis through which make the decisional processes more and more efficient.
