VSL Club is an Italian “Società per Azioni” established in June 2020 and based in Milan. Our target is to realise direct lending and private equity transactions in the maritime industry in favour of our Club members, and manage them using our know-how, skills and reputation as the driver for the value creation for the Club members and for the investment projects.
