Established in June 2020 in Milan, VSL Club is an investment and advisory firm which follows the Team’s previous experience in Venice Shipping and Logistics S.p.A.

VSL Club target is to manage an investment Club specialised in the maritime logistics. VSL Club realizes and presents investment operations in the mentioned sector using its know-how, skills and reputation as the driver for the value creation for its shareholders and Club members.

VSL Club Team founded Venice Shipping and Logistics S.p.A. in 2009 and VSL Club represents its logical evolution. This is why we are able to provide strategic and financial advisory services to companies operating in the maritime logistics and in its related sectors (shipping, port terminals, certification services to the maritime industry, etc.).
